Prima Royale Hotel

The wonderful staff especially Youssef who cared for me like I was as a Queen. Dina is lovely at the desk, as is Taraq and Musa. The housekeeping staff Julie and Jennifer were so kind and cleaned so well. The hotel is clean and calm. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are comfortable. The food is wonderful. I loved the cheesecake at breakfast. And there were many hot selections. The Shabbat dinner had so many choices and colorful vegetable salads. Two kinds of fish.

The location of the hotel is perfect, it is less than a ten minute walk to the Old City. Being in West Jerusalem, you won't have to worry about where to eat since you have access to all the local vendors and eateries surrounding the hotel. Also Jaffa Street is only a few blocks from the hotel where you can find essentially anything you need from utility products to wonderful local foods and to experience the city atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to a gorgeous suite on the 7th floor which was amazing and beyond our expectations,. Location is very quiet, but right down the street is loads of public transportation and many things are in easy walking distance. Especially to Emek Rafaim street and Azza street that have lots of cool restaurants and pubs! A very special thanks for the terrific upgrade. We will certainly be back !

Situated in a very nice neighborhood and a quiet area. Close to most local attractions either by foot or by public transportation. Great for relaxation or scouting. Very welcoming front desk, smiling and helpful, assisting when needed. Room size was small yet sufficient and comfortable. Two separate beds were put together to make queen size. Very comfortable beds Clean bed sheets and comfortable pillows - thy let you choose from different types to fit your needs. Large bathroom with tab, very clean. Overall great experience and definitely will come again

Beyond the perfect location (nestled in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood within a 15-minute bus ride to either the Old City or the Shuk) and the amenities (excellent kosher breakfast with Mehadrin-certified dairy), the staff is just beyond helpful and friendly. We had such a fantastic experience that we decided to extend our stay. Highly, highly recommend.
